43 Bellenden Studios - Gated scheme for 6 apartments and 3 townhouses

This disused photography studio site was acquired by a private investor for speculative development. Our role included - site acquisition process, feasibility studies and development appraisals, a Pre App planning process, full detailed planning and negotiations with neighbours and councillors to achieve consent for 6 apartments and 3 town houses within a gated courtyard. The site was sold with planning consent.
