Hiscox Insurance—1 Great St. Helens, London

We designed the original phase of this award winning headquarters building for Hiscox Insurance. The client brief stipulated that the owner’s art collection had to be exhibited on all floors within the building and that the space planning and design should embrace the principles of Feng Shui. This special interior, with its own ground floor Art Cafe had to be engineered carefully with the fire officer and services team to meet the client’s aim of open plan space and a calming interior.
