Prior to purchase, a private client approached us to investigate the potential for architectural remodelling and exciting interior space creation of a dilapidated and simple 1950s single storey lodge house. Excited by the possibilities that we presented, the purchase was completed and we were then instructed to achieve planning permission for a major reconfiguration and interior design project.
Our role included all architectural and management services until completion on site.
